Bossany Consulting International has worked on a project for Verisk to explore their market sizing and strategic direction in Asia and help develop their strategy for business development of their risk rating services. 

Bossany Consulting executed a review of current health insurance operations in Thailand to pinpoint gaps in operations and data and to identify strategic opportunities and advise on areas to focus on to change. 

Bossany Consulting worked with Peak Re on a wide-ranging project creating new partners, developing business and providing advice on strategy and tactics.  We worked together to develop a partnership approach with service providers to strengthen Peak Re’s offerings in various geographical regions.  

Bossany Consulting completed an initial project to identify IPMI opportunities and develop a cohesive strategy for expansion in Southeast Asia.  Subsidiary XN was identified as the best vehicle to achieve the expansion which led to a secondary project to advise on operational steps to embed XN into Henner's Asian operations. 

Bossany Consulting provided connections and contract negotiations support for Aixin's first provider network in Asia outside of Mainland China.

Market strategy consulting for Medimpact since February 2018 in China and Thailand which has resulted in growth of core PBM business particularly in the Chinese market.
